A true classic! Almond & Disaronno in one! Disaronno infused almond cake, frosted with a light almond whipped buttercream. 

Perfect for weddings! Pairs nicely with the Almondine cheesecake.

Rich chocolate cake with a layer of fresh cherry filling then topped with more fresh cherry filling.  It is drizzled with dark chocolate and frosted with an almond/vanilla whipped buttercream frosting

A vanilla bean cake frosted with bourbon flavored whipped buttercream.  It is topped with chunks of white chocolate chip blondie and drizzle of bourbon caramel and white chocolate.

Not exactly Mimi's recipe! A t layer cake made with pecans instead of walnuts for a sweeter bite. You will also not find raisins in this cake.  I find them suspect! The cream cheese frosting is sinful! 

This cake comes in 9" or 6".

Pictured cake is a special request- typically it is decorated like it's cheesecake version.

Traditional 2 layer German chocolate cake. Filled with from scratch coconut pecan filling. The cake is topped with the same ooey gooey filling and then frosted with German Chocolate buttercream. 

Chocolate cake with Nutella buttercream. There is a thin layer of nutella in the middle. The cake is then topped with Nutella drizzle.  

Decorations and toasted Hazelnuts can be added by request.  As shown,  9" - $75.

For strawberry lovers! A strawberry sponge that is flavored with fresh strawberry puree, covered in a lite buttercream frosting. The cake is then covered in  strawberry crunch. 

This can be made SF for an additional charge.
